Opening a case?

I received something that was SNAD and I want to return it for a refund. I opened a case with eBay after the seller didn't respond to my messages. Do I need to do anything else? Do I need to open a case with Paypal as well or is that covered since eBay owns Paypal now?|||No, do not open with both. Folk who do find them both closed against them. You will likely get a message to return the item. You MUST purchase Delivery Confirmation if your total PP payment was under $250. If it was $250 or higher you MUST purchase Signature Confirmation. Once eBay see the online delivery scan you will receive your refund. If you funded the PP payment with a Credit Card, the refund will be immediately returned to your CC and should post on that account a few business days later.
