Waiting for a refund after return

OK, so I had a problem with a seller and filed a 'Not as described' dispute in Resolution Center and escalated it to a claim. Paypal answered in my favor and I had to send the item back to the seller. So I did and provided tracking information - RI055886939BG . Now on China Post web-site says that the item is the seller's city and stuff but was not 'Successfully delivered' which means that the seller didn't take it or something from his local post office. The item is in the post office but I still haven't received a refund from PayPal. Do you know how long I will have to wait - the case is open in the resolution center in eBay but in PayPal there is no open case? Do I have to open a second case or something - can someone help? I can't find contact e-mail to reach eBay and I cannot post to the case since it says 'Awaiting item delivery'. Thanks!|||Buy American?|||Call Paypal and speak to a dispute resolution supervisor. Explain it appears the seller is either refusing the package ir just failing to retreive it from the Post office in China. In most cases like this, they will grant the refund or give it a few more days . Call Paypal|||Sorry, I misread and thought you had filed with Paypal. Since you already have an open case with Ebay, call the resolution dept and ask to speak to a Ebay dispute supervisor. You can not file with both Ebay and then Paypal. It is one or the other. PayPal Buyer Protection on eBay existed only for eBay customers who paid for their purchases through a PayPal account. Now purchase protection and issue resolution for your eBay purchases will be managed by eBay, for all eligible payment methods.
