when your seller becomes unregistered

after making a purchase on a Keurig coffeemaker i know learn the seller has become unregistered. I have opened a case with ebay having not received the goods...however i am seeing ANOTHER seller with a different/similar registered name and almost IDENTICAL listing for the same item I never received. I believe it's the same seller with another ebay name...but not sure how to contact ebay and have them investigate...there does not appear to be a "topic" that this little item covers...|||Report both user Ids and any evidence here to Ebay Link Use the Contact US on the right hand side top of page|||Click on advanced search then on find a member down left side of the page, add the user name and check location and date account opened for more info on the new ID. If you cannot get through all the blocks to contact eBay with the link salez gave try clicking on report link in the new listing and you can offer your opinion. eBay will investigate but will not notify you of their decision to protect privacy.~ Lucy ~ Guide to eBay Board AcronymsClick on for links to Help Pages for a new eBayer|||i have done what you all said and even though it takes a lot of navigating to get to the place where you can actually write ebay your suspicions... i have done that. now here's where i was STUPID..after i filed and reported non receipt to ebay, i thought that i was reporting my new suspicions to ebay but turns out AFTER i sent the email, i saw that it was going to the unregistered seller...duh... and of course, they changed the listing around but not all of it and this time i sent the info to ebay about what they have left untouched. essentially they are listing these coffemakers now for $2 less as a buy it now item and added $2 to the shipping. they now say that shipping is done within 10 days but their original listing for shipping and the part they didn't change still states 11 to 16 days to ship. i'd like to think they are caught but i'm sure they will emerge unscathed as a entirely new entity somewhere. thanks for all your links and suggestions...|||ebay has now closed my case with a statement that i wasn't issued a refund and no further action is required. I never received the item, i have no ability to leave negative feedback since the seller unregistered and now ebay has a message on myebay that i owe for one item...the bad unregistered seller who i paid on June 18. Paypal has issued a refund to my credit card but it has not posted as yet. It seems to me that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at ebay..|||unresgistered means ebay kicked them off so no need to leave negative your myebay is for your eyes only-delete the item from it or mark it paidIt may not be your fault but it is your responsibility Silver rule "do not do to others what you would not like to be done to you"
