Won PayPal dispute but not enough funds for full refund. Now what?

I won a PayPal dispute against a seller who is no longer registered. I never indicated that I would accept partial refund, but that is what PayPal is offering. Can I now dispute with my credit card company?|||Did you buy the item through Ebay or off-Ebay?||||||If you won a listing on eBay, and paid through eBay PayPal you are covered by Buyer Protection. PayPal are supposed to refund you in full and try to get the money off the seller. However, if this was not an eBay listing, and you paid from a PayPal invoice you have the lesser Buyer Complaint Policy where the refund is limited to any funds in the seller's account. Check the auction. Does it say eligible for protection? if it does, it is.Need a website fast?|||If this was an Ebay auction, paid via Paypal thru the auction Paypal's Buyer Protection will / should refund 100% even if the seller is NARU and or has no funds in the PP act. Paypal sometimes messes up and states they will only refund what they can get from the seller's PP act This is NOT the case.
